Liesbeth Gordts belongs to Baker Tilly’s legal department. Liesbeth mainly specialises in company law, including company restructuring, assisting with technology spin-offs, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and the law of obligations.Liesbeth holds a Master’s degree in Law (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) as well as a Master’s degree in Notarial Practice (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven). She joined Baker Tilly’s legal department in 2003.
