As Corporate Tax Partner, Marc Sonck is responsible for advising and assisting Belgian and international clients in various sectors. He has extensive experience in relation to mergers and acquisitions and specialises in restructurings and internal financing structures. Marc has worked in Baker Tilly Belgium’s consulting department since August 2012.
Before that, he worked for 21 years at Ernst & Young Tax Consultants and for 12 years at KPMG Belastingconsulenten (including nearly two years in New York running the Belgium and Luxembourg desk).
