Christel is an Audit Partner and leads the Audit & Assurance department. Building on her experience as a certified auditor on assurance assignments, her interest has grown into due diligence activities. She shares responsibility for the financial aspect of due diligence assignments.
I’m responsible for around 50 audit mandates in various sectors and of various sizes. SMEs, international groups, not-for-profit organisations - in manufacturing, non-profit, services, commerce, etc. We’ve managed to put together a stable, experienced audit team. TThis also allows me to focus on other work such as due diligence work, consolidation assignments and expert assignments. Every one of these ad hoc assignments is a challenge I relish.
Since 2015, I have been a member of the SME/SMP committee (now the services committee) within the Institute of Auditors. This ensures that I remain sufficiently in touch with developments within the audit profession. Besides that, I am a recognised court expert (EXP2055891).
My free time is mainly devoted to my son.
