As a Senior Consultant Corporate Finance Kato assists companies with mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise is mainly in valuations and due diligence assignments.
During each process, we combine our insights from financial analysis with the expertise of other departments within Baker Tilly. In this way we can guarantee a tailormade approach for each client and realize a valuable impact. We also always strive to unburden clients from A to Z. This gives me the opportunity to get acquainted with the various facets of Corporate Finance and I have a lot of variety within my job.
Our team is working for different types of companies. These can include both multinationals and smaller SMEs within a wide range of sectors. On a daily basis, I work with company managers and investment funds. At the end of the day, this personal contact provides a lot of satisfaction for both parties.
In my free time, I regularly work out. And I enjoy going out for a meal or a drink with friends and family.
