Peter Weyers
Partner / Certified Auditor and Tax accountant
As a Certified Auditor and Accountant & Tax specialist, Peter Weyers specialises in company valuations, company restructurings, professional partnerships, and in accounting and tax assessments. Peter is a lecturer in accountancy, taxation and company law. He chaired the working group on Court-appointed Expert Assessments of the Belgian Institutes of Auditors and Accountants. He is a member of the committee of the Belgian Institute of Company Auditors (IBR/IRE) for various work groups.
Peter holds a Master’s degree in Economics (Business Economics) (Ghent University). He also holds a qualification in Accountancy and Audit from Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School and has taken part in a Master class on “Conflict negotiator for professionals”.
Peter has been a certified auditor since 1993 and a certified accountant & tax specialist since 1993. Besides that, he is a recognised court expert (EXP2114091). Peter is a management partner at the Melle office and a member of the board.
