The main activities of Tom are, besides his accountancy activities, judicial expertises as well as valuation and due diligence assignments.
I gained experience as head of the finance department of an international SME and in Baker Tilly’s audit department.
For a long time, my focus has been on valuations, judicial expertises (for courts and parties) and due diligence assignments involving a constant variety of people, organisations and sectors.
To support clients as effectively as possible in these areas, I constantly seek opportunities to specialise further. For example, I am a recognised court expert (EXP8299055) and I’m qualified as court expert and an expert for the assessment of pricing with respect to transfer of pharmacies. I’ve also taken part in a masterclass on “conflict negotiator for professionals”.
As a tax accountant, I also deal with accountancy matters.
In my free time I enjoy a game of golf. Together with family and friends, we regularly try new recipes and explore Belgian cuisine.
