Anne Roucourt
Legal Partner
With her knowledge and experience of both financial/economic and legal aspects of corporate finance, Anne is a sounding board for the Corporate Finance team. Together with colleagues from the Legal Team, she takes care of the legal aspects of Corporate Finance projects. Anne also leads Baker Tilly’s legal team.
The work is largely determined by our clients. We receive huge diversity of requests and as a Legal Partner I ensure we develop the best possible solutions day after day. I oversee the multidisciplinary approach (financial, legal and tax) to Corporate Finance projects, taking into account organisations’ operational requirements. I relish the diversity of the work and the challenge of delivering top quality day after day and start each day with a lot of enthusiasm.
Hiking in the mountains, forests or along deserted coasts, or else a longer hike in the Low Countries recharges my batteries.
Previously worked on:
- Acquisition of a group of companies in Belgium and abroad (structuring, transaction documents, implementation of structuring).
- International (de)mergers within Europe
- Development of an incentive plan letting employees share in the results of the future
- Development of a cooperation agreement between technology companies, with particular focus on intellectual property and competition aspects
- Assistance with finance (negotiations, banking documents).
