Payroll Manager

As payroll manager, Ines is responsible for managing monthly payroll runs. She also advises employers to further optimise existing HR processes in order to achieve a smoother HR process that contributes to more efficient payroll processing.

The payroll team also supports employers in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, social risk declarations or the implementation of HR tools. In all these aspects of my job, I find it important to assist clients in a swift, accurate and proactive way. 

Payroll means more to me than just following up on the monthly payroll processing. Within our team, we like to take the time to listen to employers' needs.  The connection you create with clients gives me a lot of energy. 

Outside working hours, you can find me in the horse riding school a couple of times a week. I also enjoy a weekend trip to the Ardennes with the family. And I never say no to a nice trip abroad.
