James Storme
Manager Corporate Finance
James is part of the Corporate Finance team headed by Olivier Willems. He focuses mainly on acquisitions & divestments, cash flow planning and finding appropriate financing.
We are in close contact on a daily basis with SME managers, investment funds and private investors. The combination of diving deep into the numbers to analyse a company and the interactive customer contact creates constant new challenges and there’s never a dull moment.
My job mainly consists of guiding acquisition or divestment processes, producing company valuations, writing information memorandums, performing due diligences and getting the appropriate financial parties on board.
My spare time I spend meeting family and friends and having a good time. On Sundays I usually enjoy a game of tennis or golf.
