As Manager Corporate Finance, Louis assists in various projects, including acquisition & sales processes and finding the necessary financing.
My job is very diverse: studying financial figures, searching for suitable targets, preparing information memoranda, performing financial due diligences,….
The customers we work with also vary greatly. In some projects these are SME managers, other times they are executives from multinationals or investment funds. This variety brings me into contact with different facets of Corporate Finance on a daily basis.
I play hockey every week. I also love travelling and am always ready to have a drink with family and friends.
