As a tax partner, Marc advises national and international clients in a variety of sectors. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and specialises in restructurings and designing internal financing structures.
My job involves planning restructurings for clients when buying and selling businesses. I always start by listening to the client to form a better idea of their goals. Then I set to work designing a structure that’s beneficial from a tax and financial point of view. That combination of creativity and customer contact is what makes my work challenging and interesting.
In my free time I go fly fishing for some peace. I enjoy spending time with my family and grandchildren too.
