Anne holds a Master’s degree in Law (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) as well as a postgraduate qualification in business economics. As Legal Partner, Anne Roucourt heads Baker Tilly Belgium’s legal department. She is also the Equity Partner. Anne specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, company restructuring, and in commercial and economic law.
She joined Baker Tilly Belgium’s legal department in 2001. Prior to that, she was Investment Manager/Legal Counsel at Investco.
