With more than 30 years of experience, Wim is a sounding board for entrepreneurs from the start-up of their business to a possible business transfer or generational shift. He is often the first point of contact for managers when they are facing difficult decisions.
My clients are mainly SME companies of 10-100 employees, liberal professions and management companies.
As accountants, we not only take care of all legal formalities such as filing annual accounts and tax returns. We are there to support entrepreneurs through their entire business process.
At start-up, we guide and discuss the business plan and advise on the optimal structuring. With monthly or quarterly reports, we keep entrepreneurs quickly and regularly informed of their company's financial situation and evolution throughout the year. I also assist entrepreneurs at the end of their journey in transferring their business to the next generation or to an external buyer.
In larger companies, I am the in-house accountant's point of contact for all his or her tax or accounting questions.
In my free time, I enjoy playing a game of padel or exploring new or sunny travel destinations.
